When reporting a problem, it helps to include your school name, the page or feature affected, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
I can't sign in
If your school uses Microsoft sign-on, use the Sign in with Microsoft button with your school account. Otherwise use the Forgot password link on the login page, or ask your school's School Dashboard administrator to reset your account.
The Teams app shows the login page
The Dashboard tab in Microsoft Teams shows your School Dashboard account. Sign in once inside the tab and it will stay signed in. If your school hasn't been set up on School Dashboard yet, contact us at the address above.
I'm not receiving notifications in Teams
Activity-feed notifications (detentions scheduled, reminders, warnings) require your IT administrator to have installed the School Dashboard app for your organisation and granted it consent. Ask your administrator, or have them contact us for setup help.

Administrators
School administrators can find setup guides (Microsoft Entra sign-on, teacher and pupil sync, CSV import) in the in-app Help section under Admin → Help after signing in.
